PLEASE HELP! Why do I get cuts right before my period?

A few days or a week before my period, I get painful cuts outside my vagina but then my period goes away & then so do the cuts but then next period time, it’s happens again & it’s not an STD because I’m a virgin so what is this?

It sounds like a hormonal issue.. Sometimes our estrogen levels drop really low and cause dryness. I would suggest u do some research and look for something natural like herbal supplements to regulate ur hormones. Pharmaceuticals from the Dr may cause unwanted side effects..
