Itchy vagina

I am a married sexually active women. I have been swimming and now I have a itchy vagina.
it itches constantly inside. What can I take to relieve the itching?. Is there something over the counter or do I need to see a Dr.? I the remedy oral or topical for my vagina?

it could be a numberof things but i have experienced similar myelf and it turnd out to be thrush, ou can go chemist and get some tablets for this or cream, if this as no effect i would try not to get worried and go to your nurse,hopeall goes ok

Yeast infection. You need to go to the doctor for a medication or buy monistat over the counter.
