Help weird symptoms during every period what can this be?

I have been having this issue for 8 years and it progressively gets worse and worse. During my period I develop little white flakes in my vulva like rolled up pieces of toilet paper. It itches and my vulva swell. The skin will eventually start to tear from the inside with actual light blood not period blood. Then the skin at the top of my vagina tears and bleeds. It used to happen once a year for a few days but with time it gets worse. Now I have it for 3 weeks starting during every period every month. I have been tested multiple times with the swabs that test for everything. No weird bacteria, no yeast, no fungal, no sti no stds the tests come completely clean. I have had an ultrasound of my ovaries and uterus and all came back fine, I have tried organic tampons and sanitary napkins and it still happens. The only time I do not have this happen is when I'm pregnant. I have seen many doctors and been sent to specialists and no one has any idea what is going on. It's like they think I'm crazy until they look and see the tears and flakes. They even try to clean it with the swabs and it just makes more. What the heck is happening to me?
