No second period! Why?

So I got my first period in august and it was five days long and totally normal but have not had it since? I heard it was normal but is there a way I know when it comes?

When I first got my period I didn't have it for the next three months. It's normal since your body is changing and adjusting to the changes. Just be prepared for when you get it next. It could be anytime!
