NuvaRing side effects... lower back pain, nausea?

I've had a lot of ongoing health issues which have included nausea, lightheadedness, blood sugar swings, etc. I had a doctor's appointment two weeks ago and she prescribed NuvaRing because I wanted to go on birth control. I felt really good for about a week besides some cramping, then I started getting really nauseous in the middle of the day on the 17th. The next day I was feeling really weak and sick, and I started waking up really nauseous every morning, and I end up going back to sleep to sleep it off and stay in bed until afternoon. Yesterday I freaked out because my back was hurting and with the nausea I thought I might have a kidney infection or something, but it's kinda been coming and going. Today I freaked out because I had a small amount of blood in my stool (I don't think that's NuvaRing related, probably just a tear) and still had the lower back pain. I do have a lot of health anxiety from all the issues I've had in the past year but now I'm wondering if NuvaRing could be causing it? I want to take it out but I'll wait until I can call my doctor on Monday.

I am now bleeding very heavy with severe pain in my abdomen. I am not supposed to take the Nuvaring out for my period yet also..why am I bleeding so heavy with it still in? Fatigue is worse than ever now too, along with the nausea and crippling pain.

I also forgot to mention i am a 20 year old and I have endometriosis. I started the nuvaring after I healed from my last laparoscopy. I am at a loss I dont know whats wrong. I have resorted in thinking maybe theres mold in my apartment thats making me so sick. But I feel it could be nuvaring related.

Thank you! I'm not having the bloody stool anymore and it was only a small amount of bright, fresh blood so I think it is from anal fissures. I think I might have IBS which is causing the cramping and gas. I am feeling better now though.
I have also had issues for the past year with having to eat really frequently, and sometimes getting lightheaded after eating. I'm not sure if it's from a digestive disorder or what because my blood sugar is normal.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Bloody stool means that there's some sort of injury or disorder located somewhere in your digestive tract. If the bloody stool is bright red, then it could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. The causes of bloody stool that is more maroon in color is intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulosis (diverticulosis causes significant bleeding)
From your symptoms inflammatory bowel disease and peptic ulcer disease should be ruled out for which I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
