I know it is possible to get pregnant while on the pill. My question is, What happens if you are pregnant but do not know it and still continue taking the pill?
You miss your period. If you think you are then go doctors usually you need a blood test because some girls who get pregnant on the pill. It doesn't show up on a pregnancy test till a few months later.
