Raising Progesterone Naturally?

My progesterone is low and I have faint spotting now for the last 8 days. I want to know if there are ways to increase progesterone without supplements?

I know that vitamin B5 is apparantly a help!! You can research it online a few spices also are said to increase progesterone like curry. However, I have also read theres really not any food to increase it. The best thing to do as advised by a pharmacists is to exercise and eat a healthy diet. If you are already doing these things, you can see your dr. and you can have bloodwork done to determine how low your progesterone is. There are supplements which are most likely your only choice. If its really important to you you may want to go that way. Im experiencing the same problem and trying to get pregnant. I fear it is to blame for why I am not able to conceive. Its also a known factor for ealry misscarriages! yuck! goodluck to you

I hate Progesterone. If there is a way i want to know as well. I am convinced it's to blame for weight gain, facial hair and can cause blod clots. It's horrible.
Sorry, I really  dislike the med.
