Shocking pain down leg while using the bathroom

I am 19 years old, and i have been struggling with stomach problems for the past 6 months.  i feel nauseated pretty much everyday.  i have tried eating less, but every time i eat anything i feel bloated, nauseated, and just crappy in general.  then i started having problems when i use the bathroom.  i wasnt constipated, but i started to bleed from my anus.  at first it was really not much, but after about 2 months it got waaay worse.  i ended up going to the doctor and told me i had a fissure then sent me home with stool softeners and some foam stuff.  it helped the bleeding, but now and for the past couple months on and off when i try to use the bathroom, a sort of shocking burning feeling goes all the way down my left leg from my lower back.  its hurts so bad, and makes me avoid going as much as possible.  i just wish i knew what was going on.  its so frustrating, and i hate going to the doctor.  is this something that i should check up on, or is it something that will eventually go away?

i finally when in to the gastro doctor and they did a colonoscopy and an endoscopy.  they found a few different things....an esophageal ring which is like a narrowing i think, gastritis, colonic AVMs, a hiatal hernia,  colitis, and something else which i cant remember yet.  they put me on some medicine, but im still in pain maybe even more than before...so no progress quite yet

From what you describe with the stomach issues and bloating...you may want to call your gynocologist to check for ovarian cysts. Being tired is also a symptom of cysts. you should google ovarian cyst symptoms to see how many you have. Take care
