4 days late dont know what to think please help......................
I have a 28 day cycle i'm almost 4 days late on my period
my breast are tender and i have stomach cramps and back aches.
but then i also am getting acne as if my period was close. my husband has also noticed a difference in the shape of my breast.
Iget a little nausiated at times but not often and i am very fatigue. any comments are greatly appreciated thankyou please
help soon very confused.

Ditto on the pregnancy test. Keep in mind that the more we think we may be pregnant, the more we "trick" ourselves into having the symptoms, including late periods.
Take a home pregnancy test, it is very likely to show positive by now if you are indeed pg. They are extremely accurate and reliable. Use first morning urine to get the best possible accuracy - (this concentrates the hormone in your urine)
A lot of your symptoms, as you pointed out, are very indicative of your period coming. And it's still VERY early if you are pg so it's doubtful they are pg symptoms. That's just my opinion.
