HEAT/ BURNING IN MY FEET
sometimes, I feel great heat / burning inside my feet mostly at night; til the extent that I can't sleep.
Can you please advise me what is that and why? Is there any medical advice or treatment for this?

Hi i also facing the same problem heat in hands and feet and iam getting cured now by sughandhaphala powder which will available in ayurvedic stores. Add one sponn of sughandhaphala powder to one glass of water and boil it until water decreases to half glass and add sugar to it. Take this medicine daily once until ur heating sensation decreases. I will be happy if my information helps u.

That is also a sign of diabetes.....does it run in your family? My g'ma got checked out b/c her feet were burning. Turns out she is diabetic.
