Tampon

This is quite embarrassing, but I remember putting a tampon in and my boyfriend and I were fooling around and I forgot about the tampon. When I went to the bathroom, I realised that I had one in but the string was gone and now I'm not sure what to do. People have told me that when it's full it will just come out on its own but I'm not sure if that's true? It's been in for over 24 hours now. Please help!

Reach inside your vagina and retrieve it

Are you sure you didn't take it off?

It sounds highly unlikely that you'd have sex with the tampon on, you'd feel it.

Anyhow, the odds are that it will fall off BUT you'd better go to the ob to remove it because of the high chances of tampon-related toxic shock syndrome
