Twins or more??

I had an ectopic pregnancy June 2013 which resulted in a ruptured tube and the removal of that tube. I know I can still get pregnant and my tube is healthy, info came from my doc, the tubal was an unexplained complication. But my question is can a woman get preg with twins or multiples with only 1 tube??

But my period is not expected until may 3, so I'm waiting it out.. I'm nervous, anxious, hoping that i am. One at a time will do tho lol.. Yes, but it's rare enough even with two intact tubes that I wouldn't count on having twins. Twins can occur from a a single egg splitting, from multiple eggs being released, and from  a doctor implanting multiple eggs harvested from your ovaries. You don't necessarily need to tubes for any of those.
