In my opinion diet tablets are not a healthy way to lose weight and they can throw your body out of its natural way of working. That you have stopped taking them is great, maybe it will take a while for your body to get back to normal now. The best way to loose weight and keep it off is with a good healthy diet, plenty of fruit and veg and 30 mins exercise a day. Walking is one of the best ways to loose weight and it makes you feel better too. Be patient and work at it and it will happen. Good luck.

The first week I lost 4 pounds an the second I lost 3. I looked up on the Internet an I thought it was the diet pills so I stopped taking them.

I second the above, especially if it is rapid weight loss.  You can healthily lose a couple pounds a week.  Beyond that is a bit too much.  Be careful with diet pills as well as some can actually cause you not to retain fluid so it appears you're losing when you're just losing water weight.

Also, brown blood is old blood that has been up there for a little while.  It's normal to even see brown blood during a regular period for some people.
