Anaemia is one possibility, others include thyroid dysfunction or strongly fluxuating hormone levels. (Women who are just going into menopause have that symptom, but you don't come off as quite that old yet.)
If it is accompanied by discharge, horrid iching, or anything that even remotely looks out of the ordinary, go to a doctor, otherwise, increase your iron intake and it ought to go away.
