Vaginal Itching

I have been hooking up (not having sex) with this guy recently but I didnt ask him if hes been tested. We havent had sex but while were hooking up he often puts the tip of his penis to my vagina and rubs up against me without going inside. He didnt ejaculate on me either. We've been doing this for about two weeks and theres also a lot of rubbing and oral sex going on. I also shaved down there completely... The past two days Ive been really itchy down there and Im wondering if its just irritated from all of this or if I got some sort of bacterial infection? Im also looking for advise on how safe this whole penis to vagina without going inside is?

It sounds like you're just experiencing irritation from the shaving.  If you're not absolutely certain that your partner doesn't have any STD (simple way to find out is to just ask him) then you all shouldn't have any penis to vagina interaction without the use of condoms.  If this itchiness persist you could very well have a yeast infection.  If you do indeed have a yeast infection should abstain from ANY sexually activity until it clears up.  Best wishes and God bless as well!
