Very odd symptoms
vaginal strep A, nausea, discharge and spotting post menopausal, thickening of the uterus, bloating with lower left side pain under rib cage. Any thoughts?
That doesn't sound like something to mess around with. You need to see a gynecologist for ultrasound and possible biopsy

Causes of post menopausal bleeding could be ovarian cysts, endometriosis, diseases of pituitary gland, hormonal imbalance of estrogen and progesterone, thyroid hormone imbalance, cervicitis and cervical cancer. Your doctor may consider tests like blood sugar levels, thyroid function test, prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSA), estrogen, and testosterone. Imaging studies, such as ultrasound, X-ray, and CT scan or MRI brain may also be recommended in certain individuals.
Left sided under rib pain is most likely due to gastritis. However get an ultrasound abdomen done to confirm the cause. For acid reflux , try raising the head of your bed about four inches with blocks. It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for two hours before you lie down. To help control the stomach acid, one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them, or eat chocolate or spicy or greasy foods .
