Hi there. Remember that we are not doctors here and suggestions like a feeling of vibration feeling in the vagina being caused by a vitamin deficiency might need to be talked over with a doctor. :>)
I think we can become anxious about something too and then feel it more. I really do. Try to relax. Doubtful this has anything to do with vitamins and more to do with overthinking hon. Stay busy and distracted. Exercise so that when you go to bed, you fall asleep hard and I'm guessing this may go away.
But please talk to a health care provider if it does not and get their take on it. good luck to you
So, this is normal?? For this to be going on like this for a few days now?
Yes definitely get enough vitamin D!!
very important.
Cervical twinges or twitching is pretty common especially during normal changes in the body or before your pd. make sure you are also getting enough vit. D. Stay away from over processed foods and sugars.
I am not sure but maybe you could try getting magnesium supplements and eating more foods with magnesium.
Maybe some potassium also, bananas, avocado, coconut water.
Those minerals affect muscles.
