What does it mean if my vagina always hurts and I have peeled skin everywhere?

My pubic area has been itchy for a long time now and I've been noticing red, peeled skin all over. Urinating hurts/burns a lot and I dread using the washroom all the time. When I woke up one morning I realized that I had this huge red lump that almost had the shape of an oval, and my discharge is almost red. I also noticed thin, white patches of skin everywhere. Uri Someone please tell me what this could mean and if I should see a doctor.

The red lump sounds like a sebaceous cyst, it can be pierced and emptied by your Dr.     Or you can try the chinese remedy of putting a very hot egg on it until it melts and empties
