when using otc yeast infection med like a three day monistat treatment should i shower before or after each new day of treatment?
Yep, like PP said, it's most effective if you apply it just before bed. That way you are horizontal and the stuff doesn't leak out as much as if you are upright.
So if you have a nightly shower then shower first and use the monistat just before you go to bed.
