how to keep weight off??

im 3 months pregnent! and im prettty sure im having a girl, because ive gaiend so much weight within the first few weeks it was unbeleivable adn my bump is already very largee. i was 130 befor now im.... haha is there anyway to keep weight off except baby weight? i know its not good to diet, and the only idea i have is to stay away from the fatty foods? which i do but im bursting out weight like its nothing?!

Thanks, yeah twins run on both my side and my boyfriends.. haha and ive had ultra sounds and there is only one that we know of but my uterus is very large for pretty much3 montns my obgyn told me sometimes they hide behind and ontop so it make its harder to see!! i eat regularly a little more often than usual i eat alot of veggies, fruits and whole grain stuff. I have peanut allergies, im allergic to sugar, and dairy products so it leaves me with not a big variaty but i manage, im just worried ill be a big blimpe after my pregnecy.. im only 19 hahaa and im worried about my weight which should be a problem, i go for long walks as well too and try to ride a bike butm y morning sickness was soo bad i threw back up everything i ate for the first 2 months which was another sign of twins bad morning sickness but im not dyclectin now so it helps alott.. i hope its just water im holding but im looking chunkier:( haha

It might be fluid or maybe you're having twins (eek). Just try to eat healthily and frequently. I wouldn't worry too much about weight gain. Your body needs some extra weight for breastfeeding afterwards. I gained nearly 30kg (66 pounds, started at 125pounds) and had lost it all by 6 months. The main thing is that you have a healthy, full-term baby. The bigger the birthweight often the healthier the adult the child will be.
Fruit, veges, wholegrain bread, avocados, eggs, cheese, that kind of thing. And the occassional Big Mac.
