Well there is a reason to why you do it...it's an addiction and something that should be taken seriously as any other addiction. I can relate to your troubles but something you should consider is seeing a doctor to help point you in the right directions for this journey...bc the end result needs to be an overall life change mentally, emotionally, and physically and what you will find you will have to do is eat healthy and exercise and deal with your emotions rather than eating them. I like to watch this show on MTV it's called I used to be Fat it's all about new beginnings. It also keeps me focused bc I like you love food but I have put in the hard work so that it fuels me and doesn't hurt me anymore. I know plenty of fad diets but all you need is to be pointed in the right direction by a nutritionist, personal trainer and get ready for some hard work!!! Try your best to get this under control now sweetie you are very young and have that benefiting you right now. Best of Luck BB

Exercise. Start replacing unhealthy foods with healthier options that are much higher in fiber and protein both of which will help keep you full. There are a million articles you could read on this. Just take ACTION. Throw out all the junk food in your house and stop bringing it in. If it isn't there, you can't be tempted. Find out your weaknesses and get rid of them. If you're serious, you'll make the changes. Learn and apply things like portion sizes and what your calorie count should be and start keeping track.
