23 weeks no period

I had been on Yaz low dose for 2 years but for the last 23 no period.  Went to the Dr 10 weeks ago and was put on Alesse.  After 1 pack still no period so I decided to go off BCP until I get a natural period.  6 Weeks later and still nothing.  Went to the bathroom Saturday and had pink mucousy discharge but I wiped til it was gone (4 wipes) thinking maybe that would be the start of my period and still 3 days later NOTHING!!
Dr did bloodwork 3weeks ago checking my hormones, beta, and thyroid and they say its all in normal range.
I'm only 30 so really hoping its not menopause :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having is secondary amenorrhea. Causes of secondary amenorrhea include stress and anxiety, malnutrition, depression, overexercising, sudden weight loss or gain (obesity),thyroid disorders and hormonal imbalance due to polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Smoking is also associated with secondary amenorrhea. Sometimes tumors of the ovaries and brain may also cause absence of menstruation. Most likely this is due to hormonal imbalance in your case. However other causes need to be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
