irragular all of a sudden

Hello ladies.
I have been regular like clock work y whole life.  If anythink I may skip one cycle a year.  In the last 4 months I have had 2 cycles start about 8 to 10 days early.  I am 44.  Is this the first sign of medipause? I have also had my tubes tied in the last 6 months.  Not sure if that could mess things up.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I do know that starting stages of menopause cause your menstral cycle to be irregular. To that point I'm not sure if your experiencing body temperature changes as well or not.
