menestrual cycle

i usually get periods that last very long (20 days) and come too early, i know that it is menses blood as i can mediaclly diffreniate between the normal vein blood and menstrual cycle.. could you explain the reasons for this happening to me please

Thank you, I hate going to the doctors about this issue. I have gone so many times since i was a young girl.. they say its just stress.
what shall I do to make them examine me properly? and its not just spotting...

Hi there and welcome.  no one on the internet can precisely diagnose you.  That takes a physical exam and lab work by a doctor.  I would guess that your hormones are out of balance.  You may produce too much progesterone for example.  I would absolutely see your doctor as that is an unusually long bleeding period with normal being 2 to 7 days.  And your cycle is also short it sounds like.  It could be spotting rather than true menses due to this hormonal issue.  Anyway, something clearly is going on and you should definitely seek a professional opinion from a doctor to figure out what.  good luck
