menstrual irregularity

I am 27 years old married woman.the cycle has been irregular from starting.in early years the interval was 60 to 90 days.then it comes shorter.I had done ultrasound,FSH,LH,thyroid test.everything was normal. i got married 2and half years back and found my cycle has become 35 to 45 days.2 years back  hyper thyroid detected.i took thyronorm 25 mg for 6 month.then my thyroid got normal.since then I check my TSH regularly.it is normal now I dont take medicine .since last 6 month i am getting my cycle longer again(60-65 days).we are planning for a baby.will there be
any difficulty due to my irregularity.Please advise
