Hi there.  Are you in a program supplying your methadone.  Congrats on getting off heroine!  So happy for you.  Keep up the good work hon.

When is the last time you had a true pelvic exam and pap sear?  If it has been a while, I encourage you to have one.  You may need to get your cycle going again with the pill or something like that.  A doctor can help with this.  I know that the past 4 years have probably been chaotic and challenging and it may be kind of hard to talk to doctors about all that has gone on. But don't be afraid.  They want you to be healthy.  :>)  So, schedule a pelfic exam/pap smear.  Planned parenthood is a great resource for this if you are in the states.  good luck hon

Drugs can really mess up every factor of your health, have you tried seeking help to get off of them? I'm not sure how old you are but life is just too short to throw it away on drugs, trust me I know its not easy to get off of them but you will be alot better off if you do.

Best of luck to you
