please help i'm losing sleep staying up worrying....

about 3-4 weeks ago i noticed a lump a little bigger than a quarter on the top right inside of my vagina. it moves around if i touch it and if i press up it kinda hurts. i have a feeling of having to go to the bathroom but nothing comes out, this gets worse at night. sometimes especially at night it feels like my vagina is bulging or swelling and almost falling down. when i feel the lump it feels kind of hard, kind of soft and has a weird texture i cannot explain. i have just recently moved and am trying to get health insurance untill i'm approved there is nothing i can do and i dont have the money to go to a clinic, i would really really like some advice on what this might be becuase i've looked all over the internet and can't find anything to match it. if i knew what it was it would ease my worrying that it might be cancer or something extremley serious!! if anyone knows ANYTHING please let me know i'm losing sleep!!

Check out Bartholin cysts and see if that may be what they are. Best wishes and hope you get your insurance soon. Check around, some clinics offer a sliding scale fee for services depending on your income. Let us know how it goes.
