really need some feedback on this...

Not sure what is going on.
But I have NEVER spotted between my periods. My cycle has always been 30-35 days. I have 3 kids. All vaginal births, no complications. I am 36 years old.

My period ended a week and a half ago. And two days ago I started spotting. First it was pink- light pink. Now it's a purplish/brown color and just small amounts of stringy discharge, but not in clumps... but every time I go to the bathroom and wipe there is at least one small string of brownish/purplish stuff.

I am also having mild menstrual cramping off and on and during my normal periods sometimes I have cramps and sometimes I don't.
For months now I have had this odd feeling/sensation in my lower right pelvic area that comes and goes-- some days it doesn't come at all. But I can actually feel a muscle contracting and it popping outward for just a split second.. and there is a sharp pain accompanied by it. Then it goes away. Today it happened right before I pee'd. I had a full bladder but I also drank a lot. I pee often only when I drink a lot and I normally do drink a lot during the day.

I workout as well... 5 days a week. But this tightening pushing of muscles that comes is only on my right side- like there is something underneath it pushing it outward for just a second. like a muscle cramp sort of.

I do have lower back issues as well, tilted pelvis, mild scoliosis, my hips are lower on the right side- not sure if that has something to do with it. But the mild cramping and the spotting I am having right now is what worries me. I am NOT pregnant. I just had a period in the beginning of March. It started March 7 and normally I am heavier the first 2 days then it goes to spotting, then I go a full day with NOTHING then I bleed a little again on the 5th day and I spot for a few more days. That is how my periods have been for the past year. But they come every month around the same time and they go away.

I started taking Wellbutrin 8 days ago. Maybe that is a cause, however the pressure type movement in my lower right has been there for a very long time, but only comes once in a while and there is normally a sharp pain with it that frightens me if I am walking or standing, but when I am laying down it will just tighten and you can see my skin raise a bit- like movement underneath off and on at times with no pain- lately it has been coming more often.
I had a pelvic exam last July and forgot to mention that to my doc. She felt everything though and said it felt fine and my pap was normal.

I also just recently started getting heat sensations in my legs, only in some spots and not others... it's so weird. I rub it because it comes on fast and it's like my leg is right by a fire. But only in certain spots.

I am taking more vitamin supplements due to leg cramps at night, and Xanax only at night because I clench my teeth pretty bad and now my left side of my jaw is lower than my right.

My insurance plan IS HORRIBLE and I only have 1 visit left until Next January with a co pay. I don't know what to do about this or if I should just ignore it until my next pap - like I said, my menstrual cramps are not severe, most of the time they are mild and on occasion during my period I will have they are more aggressive the first few days. And my back has been bothering me again which makes me think it's mimicking mild cramps.

I AM A MESS!! Any thoughts??

I had very little in the way of regular menstrual cycles myself (had a complete hysterectomy still in my early 30s).  I often had spotting between periods and typically it was old blood, though not always, I think.  I had a lot of menstrual cramps before my mense, certain days of my mense, and I think I may have also had pain at times with ovulation.  I had spotting that could come with ovulation.

It is normal for your mense to become more irregular in nature for ladies, according to one gyn I had, as a person gets older.  So, your mense behaving strangely perhaps might be a sign of that.  Even perimenopause can come early to some women (have a loved one in that category).

I had severe endometriosis, and while I had an abnormal endometrial biopsy one time (abnormal proliferative), I am thankful to God I did not have cancer, though the gyn tried to push birth control pills on me after that, indicating abonormal proliferative was stage one of steps that could lead to cancer.  I wouldn't take the pills because of potential serious side effects of birth control pills as well as my migraine situation.

I also had an experience where I had a large benign fibroid tumor in my uterus pushing on my bladder- it made me feel like I kept having to go to the bathroom.

You might have your doctor check for a sign of hernia (they typically have a patient cough while they feel to see if a muscle bulges with the cough).

Your selective heating description sounds like a neuropathy of sorts and I wonder if it is related to your back situation.

Bleeding between periods is not normal and could be a sign of cervical cancer. Not trying to scare you as it could be nothing but as a mother myself i would rather the peace of mind then risk leaving it.
