Hi there.  Bacterial Vaginosis can be passed between sex partners as well as happen on its own.  It's not technically an std but can be passed just like one.  But if you have a foul smell after intercourse, that is most likely what is going on.  See your doctor and get swabbed as it shows up under the microscope and then they can prescribe antibiotics to eradicate the BV.  Cleaning out the sperm probably won't help if it is BV.  And never ever douche.  Washing out your vagina in general is not recommended as it cleans out the natural flora that we need to maintain a good PH balance.  Even just wiping up in there with a wet paper towel could do that.  The vagina is self cleaning.

More sex won't solve the problem but a visit to your doctor could.  :>)  good luck

No no no. ..it's not an std...I have the same problem. ..but only if I'm not having sex regularly ...it's like my body berry's use to his seman or something after a while. .. and it's really strange cuz it's worse with guys who are not white, I am,  and even worse wroth black guys. ..I know I'm not the only one who experiences this. .I've talked to many women about it. But I'm only one who's noticed the race part. The only thing you could do about it is have more sex lol it really works, like every day. ..and or clean yourself out after sex. ..I immediately go to the restroom and cleanse the inside of my vagina ,normally with a baby wipe which they'll say don't do that cuz it'll change the pH of your vagina and make you smell different. ..it doesn't make me smell at all...if it does make you smell, like the next day your odor is off don't use it and use water only, like on a paper towel, I have I used that before too,it world's just as good. ..just gotta make sure you get all the sperms out. ..then there will be no smell I promise.

It could be an infection called bacterial vaginosis. Often the only symptoms is a foul odor especially after sex.
