i would say it came out as you said it was hanging out it couldn't of went back up again itself to the point you can't find it. but i would get examined by a dr to be 100% sure as there is risks like tss [ toxic shock syndrome] to tampons being left inside
try once more darling....i dont think it will happen again
I had put a tampax pearl tampon in and it felt fine but when i took a bath pieces of cotton started floating around! I freaked out and took it out . Has this happened to anyone else? Should i throw the rest of the box away?
personally id have looked for it in the pool or get see a doctor because it will need to removed as after so long of being inside of you, it can cause serious infection, but if he had pushed it up then you would of felt it if it was near your cervix, it sounds like you havent inserted it properly, do what you think is right
If you do not insert a tampon correctly (either too loosely or not far enough in) then it probably fell out. You should NOT feel it if it is inserted correctly. Good luck.
More than likely it came out. Unless you pushed it in further yourself, it isn't like that it worked it's way up on it's own. If you can't located a string, try inserting one of your fingers into your vagina, and if it is there, you will feel it. If you feel nothing, you are just fine.
