Abdominal pain on my right hand side ..and also frequent use of the washroom

Another possibility is an ovarian cyst. Thankfully most cysts go away on their own within 2 to 3 cycles. But if your symptoms become debilitating, please see a doctor.

When you say you have frequent use of the washroom, do you mean to empty your bowels, or to urinate.

Abdominal pain on the right hand side with frequent bowel movements can be a problem with the appendix.  

Going to urinate a lot could mean a urinary infection.

Either way, you should get an urgent evaluation to make sure that it is not your appendix.
