Hi, is it ok taking another vitamin D2 while still taking same vitamin from the doctor?
I'm glad you found something that will help people living in Europe. Yeah, customs does restrict things like supplements from crossing borders just about everywhere. It's awesome you found something from the UK.
Especially for those of us living in Europe: I found another multi vitamin that seems really powerful. It has 2000 IUs of D3, and seems good in other areas too.
Since it is sold through the british amazon, I assume it will be viewed (and treated) as imported from the EU ;)

Bah! The extremely strict Norwegian import rules made the customs return my vitamins at the border. Because they apparently are not allowed to take in from the US. I have tried to find them in Europe, but have not succeeded so far - tell me if you by chance know a british company selling these ;)
:)
FurballsMom - I'm not sure if 2000 is enough for me either, at least not winter and fall - but the text actually reads 'For more energy, take 2 tablets'.. So if this is the only vitamin supplement one takes, I don't think there is danger of poisoning of any kind - and 4000 IUs would be enough for me, at least ;) Not sure if that's what I'll do, maybe I'll just add a D3-pill to the multi. But it is a possibility :)
SeattleAnne - Always! LOL :)
Wow, unheard of! Usually, the multi vitamins have hardly any vitamin D. 2,000 still isn't enough for me, but that is so much better than the usual.
Thanks AND reasonably priced!!!
Thanks for the info and the link! You rock as usual:)
