Tender and painful scalp, anyone?

9na
Right now I have a very tender/sore/painful spot in my scalp. It is on the back of my head, the right side of the middle, up against the top of my head. When I press the spot it hurts. When I drag my hand through my hair too.
Sometimes it would be more in the front of my scalp, sometimes the other side etc. It's also sometimes more 'widespread', so much of my scakp will feel tender/sore, but I think there is always one spot which is the 'center'...
I have had this scalp 'thing' for a long time, but it moves around. But now for a while it has been where I tried to describe.

Does anyone recognice this?

I get some panic attacks or whatever when I believe that I have a brain tumor and will die, and this scalp thing combined with my red and sometimes achy eyes (especially the right one) gives that mill quite a lot of water...

Ugh. Tell me it is all because of the VDD, please...

Thank you so much for your answers! I'm really not bothered with migrains, but this scalp-thing has been following me for a long time.

And Seattleanne - I SOOO wanna kiss you right now ;) THANK YOU for bringing me back into sanity :) I have not been struggling with headaches much, either, so I guess you're right. And I choose to believe that my body's a complete mess now, about 5 weeks after starting D3, because it is healing :)

I have had periods of scalp pain... Sometimes by itsself and every time I get migraine. It is very unnerving... Good news is that a brain tumor would be a differet kind of pain. Scalp is outer pain... And I think has more to do with nerves being effected. I think it's * just * more of the travelling nerve pain we all seem to get. Could mean they are healing.

Yes, but mine definitely occurs only when I have a migraine and then it's on the right side (same as the migraine) and at the bottom of my scalp close to my neck.

Yes, but I've been told mine is caused by the chronic migraine disorder.  It does seem to be much more tender if I'm experiencing a really bad migraine.
