technical hiv test name

Hi Doctor,

I had unprotected sex with a lady I knew for about a week. It was not planned but after a few drinks in the bar, we went to a hotel and it happened. Initially I used a condom but later my penis went limp and I removed it. After this incident I got paranoid and called her to check if she was hiv positive. She told me that she had been tested for HIV a month back (because she was going to get married but it did not work out) and was tested negative. I insisted her to get another tSTD test and found that she did not have anything. Based on the support she has given to me, I suppose she is truthful. However, she did have sex with one of her old partners abot 2 weeks before she had with me.
I have two questions -

1. She is a chubby woman. Does that increase/decrease the likelyhood of infection because the mucous membrane may be thicker/thinner.
2. Next week is going to be my 6 th week and I am going to be tested then. Can you please tell me the technical name of the latest ELISA and Western blot test - (like ELISA test generation 4th for example)

Thank you doctor.

ARS symptom come in all together (fever, rash, swollen nodes..etc) and go away together, fever is almost always present

80 -90 % would develop symptoms if really infected.

I have one more question-
I did not have any symptoms till now except for a mild cough for about a week. Is it possible for an infected person to have only one symptom out of the many hiv infection symptoms (that is - only cough, no fever, no muscle pain, no enlarged glands etc). Also, how likely is asymptomatic infection?
