can respiratory bacteria mimic gonorrhea

i read this thread that bacteria from the respiratory tract can mimic gonorrhea and i have the same symptoms of which i read in the thread. i have yellowish greenish secretions and i didnt treat it for two months and in that two months i never had painful urination.but also im a girl
i just want to know how can the bacteria transfer and is it possible that this is the cause?, i mean the puzzling thing is i have never had sex, i havent even been fingered, so how come i have yellow green secretions that smell really bad and at a recent check up my results showed extra cellular diploccoci, the bacteria responsible for gonorrhea

This discussion is related to communicability of gonorrhea during incubation period.

If you never had sex you can not have a STD. You would have to follow up with your Dr.
