Just Wondering

I am 38 and recently i had some blood work done. i was vitamin D deficient and my vitamin B was on the lower side it was 277 and the range is 200-400 for vitamin B. anyway after tests came back idid my research and alot of it came back with MS being associated with lower vitamin levels. i had epstien-barr as a child and i also have herpes on my nose and i am hypothyroid as well. so with great research on all of these conditions MS always came back as a possible. i also can not stand with feet together and eyes closed i fall. a positive rombergs sign test. also i loose balance walking alot. i have fallen a few times in the last 6 months.my memory is completely shot. i cant consentrate at all. might be my ADD, but im on vyvance for that and it helps a little but not much.my body gets twitches all the time just little ones in different locations. sometimes it feels like there is a wet spot about 8 inches in diameter between my shoulder blades. i have also felt what i thought was sweet running down the back of my calf but there was noting there, i have felt that sensation for about 3-4 years thinking nothing of it. i used to get halo vision about 20 years ago but i figured it was from sleeping with contacts in and them being dirty, which it probably was i guess. ihave an appointment on the 11th of may with a MS neuro Dr. hopefully some of these conditions will be explained

Has anyone checked your hormones? That could contribute to this as well.

Yes, you could have MS for sure but getting tested by the neuro will hopefully tell you something.   There are other diseases that mimic MS so they will have to rule all of them out first.

Sounds like you have an MS specialist which is very good, thats what I have too.  You will have to have an MRI and several other tests...

We have some more experienced around here that will help you too..

Good luck, and keep us posted....
