Swollen Cornea

Hi

My boyfriend has been told by his doctor that he's got swollen cornea and it caused by stress and prescribed him some anti anxiety drugs but he doesnt want to use them. he's got blurry vision and it really worries us.

Please advise if this is a dangerous situation and there is any eye drop to help him.

Thank you Dr Oyakawa for your reply, It should be Retinal swelling then. What he can do to make it better cause its been over a month and he is still suffering of the pain.

I have never seen a case of swollen cornea from stress.  However, there is retinal swelling from stress.
