The probem may or may not result in permanent disability. For the present remain optimistic and ensure you maintain a healthy immune system.
As a National Guardsman, normally this would not be classified as a service-connected disability. Social security uses different criterion. You would (should) have to notify your unit commander and apply for a profile waiver to continue in the guard. You are mandated to reveal this diagnosis during your yearly medical.
There is no treatment that will cure a virus infection. However, for most people with viral myocarditis, the virus clears away on its own without any treatment, often within a week or so.
