Hello Sir,
I am a 27 yr old male. I don't know why but i gain and lose very quickly. i am 5ft 7 inch tall and wght around 70 kg and my body is flabby i.e. firmness is not their.
My problem is sunken eyes. It seems it is sinking into my face by every year increasingly. When i do gyming it becomes even predominant. I consulted an ophthalmologist and as per him there is no medication to cure this and he prescribed only few vitamin tables and asked me to do some eye exercises by saying that your eye muscles are weak.
One more thing i use to be under lots of stress more often.
Kindly suggest what shall i do, shall i stop gyming?
