the breathlessness is due to smaller lung capacity, the palpitations may be an unhealthy sign. lye down slowly and try not hurry about to make you run out of breath quicker. have a word with your midwife/ doctor as soon as you can though, in case it needs looked into further
Hi
Thank you so much for your input. I have just got back from the hospital as i went to the dr's this morning and my blood pressure was 150/92 and i had +1 protien in my urine, my bloods came back fine but they are keeping an eye on me and ive got to go back in two days to get it checked again, hopefully it will all be good, and im just having a moment.
Thank you
Gemx
good luck! hope all goes well for you xo
I am very easily winded these days also and I'm 28wks with my 1st. Trying to get use to it because i've never had it before. I just try to walk slower and take it easy.
i have experienced both of them and i knew why i got a little short winded but i asked my doctor why i would feel my heart beat so fast every now and then and she said i have nothing to worry about some women experience it all the time but i know what u mean by that lol im 29 weeks with my second and i had the same palpatations with my first daughter also come to think of it
