Take your preemie outside?

My son was born 33 weeks 6 days and is now almost 3 weeks old. I know he's fragile and I can't take him around those who are sick or kids also because of germs. However, I have a lot or errands to run and my 5 year old is in kindergarten so I have to take her and pick her up from school during the week. How long did you moms keep your preemie inside? I've heard some for a month, one mom told me 5 months!!!

I took my son who was a premie33 weeker at birth out the day we brought him home just keep a blanket over and get a sign the sign helped some but still had to tell people not to touch.
