Last fall I started feeling shaky and couldnt figure out why. I was able to function fine. Then the beginning of this year I realized that when I go to relax my arm my bicep muscle tremors very fine until it is relaxed. It is not noticeable to others unless I specifically show them. It is not an intention tremor. I have noticed this bilaterally and in my legs but again I can still function. I have no weakness and no coordination deficits. I have had blood done which has been fine. This is really frustrating when I feel shaky. Any ideas?
