my 11 yr old grandson is under a court order with dad but for over a year dessperatley wants to live back with his mother but dad refuses so this sunday he refused to go home to dad so as his grandmother i kept him here i called police but they want get involved as he can be with me any time can he just stay with me untill his mother goes back to court this is his wishes whats the law and how do i stand with this
