Please can someone answer this???

I keep thinking about it and I show some symptoms of pregnancy but I’ve never had sex before, but I have touched myself. It’s weird I know, but after I did I took a thought came to my head thinking I was pregnant. For the past 3 days I’ve been scared that I’m pregnant. I have a weird feeling in my stomach and my period isn’t due until next week. I’m terrified that I might miss it. I keep looking things up about the things that are going on and it’s all over pregnancy. It’s freaking me out because I’m only 16. I’m scared and I’m overwhelmed. Could this all just be in my head or can I actually be pregnant??

If you've never had sex before, you could not possibly be pregnant.  Symptoms of pregnancy are actually very subtle and don't show themselves right away.  And what does show, it's just like pms.  So, it's probably your hormones doing their thing causing any symptoms you have.  If you fear pregnancy when you haven't had sex, I'd possibly talk to your doctor about anxiety.  Because that would not really make sense.  So, working on the anxiety would make sense.

This is all in your head, trust me. If there was no penis involved, there's absolutely no way you could become pregnant. I wouldn't stress. You cannot be pregnant. Just take a chill pill and relax because stress can make your period late. Don't worry :)
