Sorry for this answer to be a bit late. I've just come across your post. Every medication has its side effects. Some of progesterone may occur that usually do not need medical attention. They may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects. If you look onto the most common ones, you'll definitely find: dizziness, spinning sensation, abdominal pain (cramping), headache. Then breast pain or tenderness, musculoskeletal pain, joint pain, viral infection. Diarrhea, nausea, bloating, fatigue. Hot flashes, cough, acne, increased hair growth. Changes in weight, vaginal itching/dryness/discharge, blurred vision, drowsiness, mood swings, and irritability. Seems too much, ah?..I'm sure the things you're experiencing are nothing else but some of the side effects. Hoping you'll get rid off them in a meanwhile. But, anyway, try to contact your dr for further evaluation. Stay well, thing's will get right soon. All the best!!
