Carpet beetles larvae under skin scalp spiders and more what is this?

I started blowing disgusting huge mutin looking things out if my nose a year ago I have pictures and videos by the thousands I've seen beetles spiders in my nose now they are in my hair and under my scalp my hair will separate and part on its own then a bald spot with stubbles will appear there's so much more details and side effects but I don't want to go into any more detail right now ...there's trails on the surface of my skin in my face that has an outline of a spiders body and heat and light from my cell phone when put directly in them make them come out more ...at first I thought I had worms but its like 5 different things as if its all in various parts of its life cycle
