Abdominal pain

How long does abdominal pain occurs in acute or chronic infection? Is it flares for 2-5 minutes and go & then reappears after few hours or stays long ? Did anyone experience weight loss ?

Are you on an antiviral drug?   I had a fair amount of abdominal pain when I was  acute  which became chronic .   I am taking the antiviral drug  Vemlidy  which I absolutely swear by… And my stomach pain started increasing significantly after three or four months. Even more after six months .
My liver enzyme levels have normalized and I have an undetectable viral load. At one time my viral load was 170,000,000+

Did you/do you have +HbsAg? I’ve not been positive on any test upto 9 months post exposure but have had multiple Hep like symptoms. I’ve had abdominal ache/discomfort in RUQ area since January
Not on drug but understanding the symptoms. Did you clear now or still on medication?  Can you provide your experience with this.
I am not a doctor but  I suggest you watch a video on YouTube of Dr  Steven Huy Han.
If the doctor tells you you should be on medication I strongly recommend you do .
The side effects of  Vemlidy  subsided significantly after the first month… For me .

Why are correlating your abdomen pain directly to hbv. Go get your usg abdomen done then interpret anything. Also get your hbv tests and liver function tests done to be more specific.
