Have I cleared the Hep B virus?

After testing “ reactive “ to the HBsAg test  ( Hep B  surface antigen )   For a little over year ....  I recently tested “non-reactive” twice in the last five weeks .  I also tested a value 10 iu /L  ( not  ) to the HBsAb test .   I understand the CDC considers a 10 IU/L HBsAb immunity ....  should I have good reason to believe that I have cleared the Hep B virus ?
