Unless you purposely placed the bulk of your ejaculate well inside her vagina, no.
Sperm need semen to swim around in or they die. So a few accidentally placed sperm inside her won't result in pregnancy.

Only a little ejaculate fell on my hand... That too I rubbed and touched some other things too... After waiting 3 minutes I did... There was no visible wet semen....
