Why do I have Chronic paraesthesia and dry skin?

I have paraesthesia all over and it's worse in my legs but still I can get it everywhere.  I have dry skin problems too.  I had a lip biopsy which tested negative for Sjogrens as did my blood.  I am a 41 year old male.  I believe I have Post Finisteride problems and wish i'd never taken it.  The paraesthesia got better with the sun on holiday in Portugal but now i'm back at work in the UK it is terrible again.  I also get muscle twitching.  My levels have all been shown to be fine.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp and our forums. Thanks for the question.  Have you spoken to a doctor about this? That would be a good idea at this point.  Here is an article that may be beneficial for you to read.  https://www.healthline.com/health/paresthesia#causes.  It goes through possible causes.  I have to ask about one that stood out to me from reading your question which is vitamin deficiency. I am sure that sounds way too simple but this can cause symptoms that you may have.
